Raina VS Rin

[Raina]

Raina made her way though the forest. She loved going through Xato forest to find new pokemon. Since she was the Gym Leader of Rann town, she had to keep training. A field appeared before her. It was an old battle field! How cool!
"Now if only I had someone to battle with." She sighed.

[R•i•n]

Rin made his way through Xato forest. He wanted to go through this forest. The last time he was here when he was on his journey. His family use to live in Kanto region but moved into this region. He felt so good that he could be in such a beautiful forest full of pokemon. He had Vaporeon out with him but his eyes were hurting because her the sun was going down on her and making her shine so bright. He started to walked into an old battle arena. There he saw a very cute looking girl. "Well hello! OW! Vaporeon! ugh! get out of the sun light!"

[Raina]

Raina turned at the sound of a boy's voice. She giggled at him as his Vaporeon blinded him. She couldn't help but think she knew him from somewhere.
I would think I would remember such a cute guy. she thought. She shrugged it off and walked over to the boy.
"You have a very cute Vaporeon." She said as she bent down to pet the water pokemon. "I have an evolved form of eevee too." She stood and pulled out a pokeball, pressing the button in the middle. A Leafeon apeared next to Raina who yawned and shook herself, then strided over to greet the Vaporeon.
Raina chuckled lightly. "I'm Raina Heartnet. Gym Leader of Rann Town." She introduced herself, holding out a hand.

He looked at the Leafeon. She was so cute, just like his Vaporeon. "Well My name is Rin Chapmon. I am the water pokemon gym leader. I have been the gym leader for a long time." He took her hand and shook it. "It is nice to meet another gym leader! I am use to just seeing the odd trainer but Xato has been lacking trainers. I am getting bored in my gym and my pokemon need mroe fun"


He felt he had met her somewhere before. He felt so sure. It was probably the fact that she was a gym leader. He probably saw her face on a poster. He always saw people buying the, at the store. They would then hold the poster up of him and then move it doen and they would be 'Oh my god! its rin!' He would then have to sign a bunch of autographs and get his picture taken. Sometimes he wished that people didnt think of him as a celebirty.


He looked at her neck and saw a shining green crystal around her neck. He then looked at his. His was glowing and so was hers. That was odd. His had never glowed before. It shawn light blue. They seemed as if they wanted to get together. He was getting creeped out from it and wanted to stop. wind started to blow. All the old grass and sticks blew away from the battle field. The stadium started to glow green and blue. He had a concered look on his face. suddenly they were on what looked like a new battle field. He saw people around them and was really scared now. They wore very old clothing, it looked like they were the ancestors of xato itself.

He looked over at raina. He suddenly had a pokeball in his hand. He felt the erdge to battle. "I dont know why but I feel like we are suppose to battle! He smiled at her. He first grabbed Squirtle's pokeball and did a cool trick and let out Squirtle. He smiled at Raina and then looked back at rin and wiinked at him. He was ready to fight!

[Raina]

Just before Raina said anything, her green necklace started to glow. She touched it and it felt warm. It had never done this befoe. She was confused and kind of scared. Then a huge amout of people appeared around a battle field and she had the strangest urge to battle Rin. She grabbed a pokeball and held it tightly.

Before she knew it, she was up on the battle field. It creeped her out to see all these ghosts of Xato watching her and Rin battle. She shook it off and threw up a pokeball. It suprised her when Celebi appeared. She though she had gotten Leafeon's pokeball.

Celebi flew around the crowd and cheered for it. Maybe it was famous with the old trainers. "Let's go!" Raina smiled and was exited now for the battle. Espacily now that they had an audience.

[Argent/Angel]

Argent was walking through Xato Forest, she liked pausing in the shadows and looking up at the green leafy canopy over her head. It made her feel calm, which was rare. She was a gym leader who specialized in dark-type poke'mon. So why would it be anything but natural that she also liked the dark. She fiddled with the four trinket's on her necklace. There were three rings and a crystal. The rings were amber, onyx, and ruby. The crystal was of an unknown origin; it was blood red with splotches of black. As she wandered farther into the forest she fingered the ruby ring; it was a gift from her first and only friend; Blaise Faust.

Her Umbreon was following at her heels when all of a sudden he dashed away from her. That was unusual; he was extremely well trained and was never any trouble for her. That was the only reason he was allowed to be outside his poke'ball when she wasn't in the gym or somewhere public. Normally all her poke'mon were allowed out when she knew they would behave. But her umbreon was just the cutest. "Chess!?!" she cried, sprinting after her poke'mon. "Chess, get back here or--" suddenly she jerked to a stop: her necklace was on fire! With a gasp she clasped the crystal in her fist. It hurt, the charm was red-hot and it burned her hand, or so she thought. "Ah....what the-" she whimpered, holding it in her clenched fist. Just then the crystal jerked forward; it was literally dragging her forwards. She noticed she was being pulled in the same direction that Chess had disappeared in earlier.

Without warning she burst out of the forest and tumbled to her knees. Chess was sitting nearby; once again loyal he walked over and began to lick his mistress's face. "What the heck just happened?!" she exclaimed. Standing up slowly she took in the scene before her: two trainers stood face-to-face, ready to battle. She recognized them both; Raina and Rin. They were both gym leaders like her. But why were they battling, and here of all places? Walking forwards she was careful to not break the eerie spell that had fallen over the old battlefield. Fingering her necklace she realized her crystal wasn't burning anymore; instead it had calmed to a warm glow.
