1.) We are currently allowing NO legendaries to be on ANY teams. They are legendary and rare for a reason, and we plan on letting them stay that way. [Some Pokemon will be allowed, of course, but staff must talk over it, and staff will be the one to distribute them to other members.]
2.) Only six Pokemon to a team, and only six Pokemon are allowed on a person at one time, regardless as to what trainer class your character is in.
3.) There are no Pokemon crosses allowed. There are plenty of Pokemon out there for you to catch; we don't need to mix up species and create more from them.
