Currently, we do have a list of rare Pokemon that can only be given out by admins and g-mods, and only if we think it's fair. No member may start with these unless higher ranking staff members believe it's fair.

Currently, the list of banned Pokemon is for any Pokemon that might have been appearing or bred too much. If a Pokemon appears on this list, then it cannot be caught via a Wild Pokemon battle, traded, or bred. This is to keep any kind of rare Pokemon, rare, and to keep any other kind of Pokemon from overrunning the site.
