APPEARANCE: Playing up to the villainous stereotype, Lilith fits the bill nicely; black hair, naturally stern facial expression, dark eyes and strange fashion sense. Her hair falls just below her jawline and shines purple in the light, matching her equally purple eyes. In contrast, her pale skin gives her an almost death-warmed-up appearance, with absence of any noticeable makeup. This all contributes to her youthful appearance; especially the lack of womanly, hourglass figure, despite being far from skeletal. However, standing at only 5'5, she is still considered intimidating to some.
Clothing is often dark, but smart. Her favourite casual outfit is a purple dress made of satin, with three simple buttons at the front and pale undercoat. Accompanied by gold cuffs and a white collar which extends across part of her chest and shoulders, lined with gold and decorated with tightly wound tassels of the same colour. Pale thigh-high stockings and mid-calf length boots complete her look.

PERSONALITY: Lilith has often been described as ghost like; quiet, mischievous, void of much enthusiasm; stoic. In invited company, she can relax, smile and even laugh. But she doesn't consider many people particularly wanted. A bit of a misanthropist, Lilith believes that the general population requires some form of control - free will should be for the select few. However, she is a believer in social cleansing, and thinks that such is in urgent need. Contrary to popular belief, Lilith unfortunately has feelings, too. Her anger can be quick to trigger and prolonged, she has the capacity to love despite being repulsed by it and she can be very protective. Unlikely to throw a punch, Lilith takes pleasure from stabbing those who betray her or insult her in the back; she won't have anyone suggesting that it's a coward's way, either.

HISTORY: Lilith's childhood was rather average; born to a businessman, who was often away in Saffron City, and a spiritual woman who also ran the local Poke Mart. Until she reached the age of five, when her mother became more and more absorbed into everything supernatural. More often than not, Lilith was left alone with her sister while her father worked long hours and her mother became a slave to the ghosts in the Pokemon Tower. Not once did either of them consider retrieving the mother; both were terrified of ghosts! It wasn't until Lilith's sister became sick one evening did things change. Her sister had been unwell for a few days, but was getting worse; with a high fever. Too proud to ask anyone for help, Lilith sought to find her mother in the dreaded Pokemon Tower. Alone.

With no one to warn her of the dangers, Lilith set out on her own to find her mother. However, after growing increasingly frightened, she got lost. She soon found herself cornered by a Haunter, crouched on the ground and burying her face in her knees to hide her tears. The pokemon, however, did not react. Once Lilith realised this, she was able to look at the Haunter; staring at his massive eyes. Upon mustering the courage, as the pokemon was almost motionless, Lilith told the ghost to leave her alone so she could help her sister. It somehow managed a sympathetic look and approached, but looked in a different direction. Eventually, Lilith followed its gaze to a set of stairs, but still didn't dare to move. Once she locked eyes with the pokemon again, she became fearless. "Is my mother up there?" She asked, sniffling. The Haunter nodded and floated towards the stairs. Reluctantly, Lilith pursued and followed the pokemon until she came across her mother, who was seemingly staring into space.

Many years passed since that night. Lilith often ventured into the tower, having grown fond of the little ghost. The Haunter had grown fond of her, also, and when it came for Lilith to leave, he followed. Lilith could no longer stand her life in Lavender town. She had an aunt in a far off region that she wanted to find, but she never would. Judged negatively by her passion for all things spiritual and the company in which she kept, even robbed of her money, Lilith grew to hate humanity. She hated being weak and powerless; she wanted to see fear in the eyes of her enemies instead. With the help of Haunter, she resorted to stealing from others in return for profit.

At the age of 21, Lilith found the Xato region with her companion, Haunter. It was time to increase her profits to something worth while.
